This is such an awesome movie, it really digs deep into all the problems that some teenagers go through. Although not everyone will completely understand the whole film, we’ve all ben teenagers and we know how it can be.
Watching this film I can feel the critisism that would come from a group of people watching it. So many people would say; “kids grow up too fast, and always think that they are so much more mature than they really are”, but you really have to think back to what it was like being that age, they arent acting like they’re older than they are, they’re being the age they really are. You can’t try to control the way teenagers learn different boundaries because every kid is different and what works for one kid wont work for others.
The actress who’s Evie in the film (Nikki Reed) was one of the co-writers of the story which it really neat to me.
The acting in this film is amazing and the entire story is full of emotion. It’s really about the horrible things that can happen if you get carried away with one certain thing as a young adult. Most people would say that its about the problems of falling in with the wrong crowd, but you can’t be judging like that. It’s about passion, and how scary it is when a young teenager gets over-passionate about personally harmful things.

Ive seen this movie about 15 times, and still after watching it that many times I love it just as much as i did the first time. Its based upon a true story, which for me makes the movie so much more real, and interesting…aka…worth watching. Its a movie depicting how easy it is for teenagers to fall into a downward spiral and have an extremely tough time finding their way out again. Another great thing about this film and its something that made me love that it so much more is that one of the actresses in this film also co-wrote the movie.
